Pretty self explanatory, defensive tank that takes physical attacks quite nicely. One of my favorite pokes actually, and with people predicting the physical attacker they go for the status moves which rest negates. Takes a few DD's to get the speed and attack wanted (3 for good measures), but opponents get a little confused on how to deal with it.
