| Due to my lack of intelligence I have screwed over the Pichu's for the moment they are jolly males with crappy ivs. I've heard it can not evolve even by taking off the Everstone, but I did duplicate it enough for all of us. | |

| According to Uutton maybe all Gamestop PCP's are Jolly go figure can anyone else confirm this. | |

| i believe they are all jolly, but it actually makes sense. ive never really had an event pokemon, but if you look at its moveset it is an interesting idea. Endure+Endeavor, and Jolly for Speed. Volt Tackle also helps lower your own HP to use Endeavor if they refuse to attack. Idk why charge though  maybe im thinking about it too hard and its just a random moveset, but i think they attempted to make a pokemon strategy | |
