Ok so this is the team i had built around zangoose:
Lead-Drifblim@Leftovers Aftermath Mild 252 Hp 150 Sp Atk 108 Sp Def Will O Wisp Shadow Ball Destiny Bond Disable
My lead on this team counters zangooses weakness so he was a good choice basically hes there to scare away anything that will harm zangoose and to cripple physical attackers with WOW. I wanted him to be somewhat specially bulky because he has decent SpA so i put the extra EVs in SpDef.
Phys Sweeper-Zangoose@Salac Berry Immunity Adamant 252 Atk 252 Spe 4 Hp Close Combat Flail Shadow Claw Swords Dance
Basically a normal SD set he sets up and hopefully something will push him into activating the salac berry after which he can sweep. He has good coverage with shadow claw and close combat plus flail for STAB + low hp attack.
Spec Sweeper-Magmortar@Choice Specs Flame Body Modest 252 SpA 252 Spe 4 Hp Heat Wave Focus Blast Thunderbolt Psychic
With specs this guy has a monstrous special attack stat i realize that there is no HP ICE on him but i never have much success with HP so im just not using it but overall a good sweeper.

So hes my wall and with a def stat of over 500 obviously nothing to mess withi basically bring him to take a hit set up stealth rocks and either toxic or roar on the switch depending on what comes out.
Baton Passer-Floatzel@Leftovers Swift Swim Timid 128 Hp 128 Spe 127 SpD 127 Def Waterfall Baton Pass Taunt Agility
My passer which i need in order to set up a sweep with magmortar or zangoose and the fact thats its an uncommon passer like floatzel makes it better. I love him as a passer first he taunts to counter a taunt or thunder wave then he agils up and passes away.
Spec Wall-Umbreon@Leftovers Synchronize Careful 252 SpD 252 Hp 4 Atk Payback Yawn Protect Wish
Pretty standard umbreon but hey it works right. Hes slow so payback will do a decent amount of damage while he resists a type and has great Spd. Wish + protect to heal up or just a wish to someone else who needs it really.
So thats my team i realize alot of people have leftovers so if anyone has a problem with that i can change it although i dont know if anyone really cares about item clause anymore.

i think that floatzel's chance to baton pass Bulk Up's is too good to give up, but i could see either of those benefiting you

the thing is by baton passing speed he can go to magmortar and zangoose with bulk up he could only go to zangoose and zangoose knows SD anyway

Wrong.
The Bulk Ups could go to Umbreon and Steelix aswell. It's more or less a free Curse without the Speed Drop.
Also, Floatzel just doesn't have the bulk to pull this off.. You may want to slap on a Focus Sash to increase its Survival Chance.
