Purpose of the Pokemon!
Mostly it just set up Rain Dance and Trick Room it for double it will use surf if other pokemon on my team has damage it will get it heal with water absorb it my first trick room team but not the best

Just to tell you. You are meant to remove the Move 1/2/3/4 part That was only put there to show where moves are to go

Anyways, get rid of all that speed!! You are running a Trick Room set, you don't need any speed, my opinion is that you put all of the Speed into Sp.Defence and Defence

Other than that though, the set seems to be fine.

Leftovers is the Item to go for and it's best ability would be Own Tempo

With Daiko suggestions in mind I say go for an nature that hinders its speed Sassy for example. -Speed +Special Attack
