This is going to be for team building. Team building is very important for battling. About 50% of the time you lose, it is the team. So this is very important.
I will tutor two people at a time, but I can answer some small questions like Saxman. To apply, just post here and I will PM you the details.

Usually how you play. It's more like 45% for each of them. Hax can really change a battle.

Anyways, the battle does get aided with the Team Building, but the best part of the battle resides in the late game when it all gets decided by one or two moves.
